The hotel had basic rooms, not too big but not too small, equipped with a fridge and a wardrobe. Initially, there was a bad odor, but they promptly moved us to a smaller room. The hotel offers a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, along with a comfortable king-size bed.

The service was helpful overall, but there was an awkward incident where a staff member walked into our room without knocking while I was on the bed. The staff are very familiar with tourist attractions in the area and provide good advice and guidance.

The location was convenient, just a 3-5 minutes walk to the bus station. This proximity allowed for a relaxed start to activities like watching the sunrise or heading out on a balloon trip. The support staff made our stay memorable by their attentiveness and assistance.
